What about secure payment informations?

security of credit card transaction data to be an important issue

credit card numbers on our database, because these are transmitted
by the user directly to the banking circuit used by our website. This
method ensures our clients protection from the possibility of electronic
computer theft of credit card data. In fact, the payment procedure
calls for the connection to be re-directed from our site to a site
that operates directly on the banking circuit. Therefore, the user
is asked to enter their credit card data into this second site.
The transmission of the credit card data over the Internet is protected
by the fact that the bank server connection is activated via a secure
transmission protocol, using https protocol (the GestPay server
has a 128 bit Verisign digital certificate).

We accept VISA,
MASTERCARD and American Express.

are accepted reasons for returning a coffee machine?
You
may return your purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:

much time do I have to contact ItalianKitchenAids about returning my purchase?
We give you
three weeks from the date that you received your shipment.

do I send returns?
All
returns must be professionally packed, using the original packaging
materials. Please send an email or fax to the customer service,
requesting instructions for the items you would wish to return.

What about the warranty ?
Satisfying and
protecting our customers is a high priority for us. Italiankitchenaids
will
fix the products in warranty and every purchase will be covered
by two year of international warranty provided by ItalianKitchenAids.com in cooperation with the factories that we represent.
7) In addition
to the cost for the purchase, what would the approximate duty charge
be?
All deliveries within
the EU (European Union) are duty free. Import duties for deliveries
to all other countries are paid by our customers at delivery. Please
contact your local customs office to inquire about the duty rate.

8) Delivery Information:
We will endeavour
to deliver your order within 5-6 days by UPS.. If we cannot deliver
within this time we will let you know right away when your goods
can be delivered. Should there be any unexpected further delay,
we would make all reasonable efforts to let you know (and you may
cancel your order at any time before despatch if the delay is unacceptable
to you). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise
you immediately in order suggest you another model or to wait few
days more. Any item that is no longer available will have been removed
from the display of this site.
9) Are the
items insured?
All the
items we ship are covered by assurance also during the shipment process .
