The Helios 65 is the coffee grinder that is meant to represent a new benchmark in the world of the professional coffee grinders. As the number in its name suggests, the new Helios has been fitted with 65 mm just like in the Atom Specialty 65 and in the Zenith 65. However, the new motor powering the burrs has power of 570 W and an output of up to 5 grams/second. This means a double dose will take just over 3 seconds which is a very big improvement from the already powerful coffee grinders that came before it.
