The proven professional technical solutions of the Aulika range have been integrated by a new capacitive interface with backlit photo icons that offers a wide range of direct-to-cup beverages. Additionally, the Aulika Evo Top HSC RI dispenser has been equipped with blue and white LED lights that turn on and off following the beverage preparation phases, providing a touch of elegance and sophistication. Finally the double hydraulic circuit, the large capacity water and coffee tanks and the presence of functions such as the High-Speed Cappuccino, that reduces the time required for the preparation of milk-based beverages, ensure a reliable performance also in high daily consumption locations.
Aulika is equipped with “one touch“ logic, and automatically provides cappuccino and milk coffee, thanks to a special next generation cappuccinatore, the “Pinless Wonder“. Pinless Wonder is a project originated in the Philips research laboratories and applied to Saeco products: this system, inserted in the machine nose, offers fresh-milk-based drinks of the highest quality and taste. The milk froth and temperature are perfect, in terms of texture and consistency: these are the two essential factors that guarantee the brewing of excellent cappuccino and tasty milk coffee. In addition, milk frothing is always regular, with no “splash“ effect.
Cleaning and maintaining the Aulika Evo Top HSC RI machine is easy, thanks to the presence of a complete set of Maintenance Accessories supplied with the machine, including a water filter, lubricating grease, cleaning powder for the milk circuit and cleaning tablets for the brewing unit.
