These high performance automatic water softeners have been produced for over 20 years and can automatically start the resin regeneration process.
Provided with a special electronic timer that, once programmed, autonomously starts the resin regeneration process, they allow the passage of the water also during resin regeneration, so that the connected devices can keep on working.
They contain a specially conceived mixer that allows obtaining, whenever needed, a certain degree of water hardness. Some models, among other things, can be equipped with a dedicated tool for resin sterilization.
Users only have to periodically fill the brine tank with salt.
The product consists of three parts:
A cylinder containing the resin;
A brine tank;
A valve managing the flux of water and the resin regeneration process.
The valve is the key element in these water softeners and it comes in four different models: ALIA, 366, LOGIX and PERFORMA.
The thermoplastic material they consist of guarantees utmost resin efficiency and a proper functioning of the water softener.
All four models are conceived to meet the users’ needs, both in terms of intended use and of water consumption; the valves require minimum maintenance and their high reliability makes them particularly suited for the catering industry, while the resin sterilization tool makes them suitable for domestic use too.
ALIA Valve
Easy to install, thanks to the auto-installation program. To start installation users only have to push a button, whereupon the water softener unloads the pressure, performs the first resin rinsing and measures out the water in the brine tank;
A backlit display allows use in poorly lit places;
Regeneration time is halved compared to previous models, as the timing of the different stages has been optimized;
The timer’s settings are stored in its long-lasting memory also following protracted power cuts. This allows setting the valve before delivering it to the client, thus enabling remarkable time saving;
The product complies with all hygienic and electricalsafetyrequirements, as certified by external companies. All its parts are suitable for contact with drinkable water;
The resin regeneration program is assisted by an electronic timer for a quick and user-friendly procedure;
It is possible to select the programming language, users can indeed choose among: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish and visualize all the instructions on the display;
Users can choose the duration of each regeneration stage in order to customize the water softener according to their needs;
The setting data are visualized on the display, allowing users to rapidly check them at any time;
The valve is equipped with a built-in chlorine generator producing hypochlorite by electrolysis, which sterilizes the resin during regeneration. This device also guarantees a constant monitoring of the salt level in the brine tank during the same procedure. A visual and audio signal promptly warns the user when salt must be added;
The presence of a magnetic sensor allows stopping the camshaft during the different stages of the resin regeneration process. Thanks to the use of permanent magnets, this device is not subject to wear;
It is equipped with a mixer for partially treated water. Thanks to an easily adjustable mixing screw, water hardness can be adjusted according to the user’s needs.
